1. Funding Your Account
Adding funds to your account is safe and easy! Gamedek uses advanced encryption technology to keep your information safe and secure, so you can deposit with confidence. You can deposit using a credit card by clicking on the "Account" button and entering the amount you would like to deposit. You can also use PayPal, a global leader in online payments, to make a fast, secure deposit. Just be sure to click the appropriate circle next to either "Credit Card" or "PayPal" when entering the amount you would like to deposit.

2. How To Withdraw Funds From Your Account
To withdraw funds from your account, click on the "Account" button and then click "Withdraw". You will then be able to enter the amount you would like to withdraw, as well as the method you prefer for receiving your funds. Currently, we offer funds disbursement by either Paypal or check. Please note, checks will be processed in 7-10 days, and Paypal withdrawals within 48 hours. Transaction fees will apply to all withdrawals. You can see our current transaction fees by following the link on the "Withdraw" page.

3. Viewing Your Past Transactions
To view your past transactions, click on the "Account" button and then click "Transactions".

4. Promotional Funds
Gamedek will occasionally offer exciting bonuses for various activities. These funds are promotional funds and can be used to increase wagers against opponents or for tournament entry fees. Promotional funds may not be withdrawn.

5. Transaction Fees
Transaction fees will apply to all withdrawals. You can see our current transaction fees by clicking the "Account" button and following the link on the "Withdraw" page.

6. Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts are against Gamedek's policies and will be dealt with accordingly. Gamedek reserves the right to terminate the account of any player who does not adhere to our multiple account policy.

7. How To Edit Your Personal Information
You can edit your personal information by clicking on the "My Profile" button and editing the appropriate fields and clicking "Apply" when you are finished. Please note, we do not currently allow players to edit their screen names. If you choose to change your email address or password, please remember that you will need to use the new information the next time you log in.

8. Selecting An Avatar
You can select an avatar (which will show up when you sit in any empty seat) by clicking on the "My Profile" button, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on a new avatar from the list of ones available. The avatars which say "Enhanced" are part of a special extras pack which you can purchase by clicking on the Enhanced avatar of your choice, clicking the box next to the extras pack of your choice, and pressing the "Buy" button.

9. Changing Your Email Address
You can change your email address by clicking on the "My Profile" button and editing the email address field. Please remember that if you change your email address in our databases, you will need to use the new email address the next time you log in.

10. Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by clicking "Help" on the login panel and selecting "Forgot Password". Your password will be sent to the email address we have on record for you.
